Partial Upgrade of Fractures Clinic - IRH

This project, over 10 weeks, was to partially upgrade doors and floors within this extremely busy and crucial department.

The main and vital consideration was how to operationally maintain the pathway of care and consultation within this department whilst carrying out the upgrade works.

Working effectively with user management on a multi phased approach with protective screening around active construction areas was difficult but effective and productive communication over the whole period ensured that the project was completed to the satisfaction of all and without any issues occurring.
